A Different Way to Make Instant Coffee

Most instant coffee is produced by brewing coffee quickly before drying it at high temperatures. While efficient, this process can reduce aroma and create a more bitter flavour.

Three-Step Brewing Process

72-Hour Slow Brew

The coffee is brewed over three days to allow flavour to develop gradually. This extended brewing time helps create a smooth, full-bodied cup with balanced flavour.

2° Cold Extraction

Cold extraction at 2°C avoids the high temperatures commonly used in conventional instant coffee production, helping preserve delicate aromatic compounds and reducing bitterness.

Gentle Freeze-Drying

Instead of spray drying, the brewed coffee is freeze-dried in small batches. This process removes water while helping preserve the coffee's flavour and aroma, resulting in a fine powder that mixes easily into both hot and cold drinks.

Finished with Danger Dust™

After brewing, the coffee is finished with Danger Dust™, a blend of naturally occurring humic and fulvic trace minerals.

These naturally occurring minerals contribute to the distinctive composition of Danger Coffee and may slightly influence the appearance of the coffee. This is a natural characteristic of the minerals rather than added colours or flavourings.
