Nutri11 was founded by Dr. Guillermo Rodríguez Navarrete, PhD, a Doctor in Human Nutrition with more than 20 years of experience in nutrition, metabolism, and health. He studied Pharmacy and Nutrition at the University of Granada and completed additional academic training in England, Ireland, and Italy. He earned his PhD with highest honors (cum laude) under the supervision of Professor José Mataix Verdú, one of the most respected figures in modern nutrition.

For more than two decades, Dr. Rodríguez Navarrete has dedicated his career to translating nutritional science into practical strategies that help people restore metabolic health and improve quality of life. He is an international speaker, educator, researcher, and author of numerous scientific publications and books covering topics such as human nutrition, functional health, infant nutrition, and the Mediterranean diet.

His work focuses on helping people better understand the relationship between nutrition, metabolism, and long-term health. Through Nutri11, he has developed a range of products based on scientific principles and practical application, with the goal of making evidence-based nutrition accessible to a wider audience.
