Yes, we ship to all EU countries.

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail as soon as your payment has been processed. Did you not receive an e-mail from us? Then it is possible that they ended up in your spam filter. If you have not received an e-mail from us there either, please contact us at service@livehelfi.com.  

After completing your order you will immediately receive an email with order confirmation. This also contains an overview of your order.

Do you want to cancel your order or change something?

Please send us an email with your order number <ORD*****EN>. In some cases we can still remove the order from the ordering process. The alternative is to refuse the order for delivery. It will then automatically be returned and we will reimburse the purchase amount.

In the shipping confirmation that you receive by email is a track and trace so you can follow your order. Check the tracking link regularly, because here you will find all the current information about your package and the delivery.

If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact our customer service.

Unfortunately it sometimes happens that the T&T indicates that the parcel has been delivered, but that it has not been received. In such a case we will start a postal investigation, more information can be found on the page shipping and returns.

If your package or the products in it have been damaged during transport, please send us an e-mail immediately with clear pictures of the box, the address label, the contents and the damage. We need these photos to be able to claim the damage from the carrier.

Yes, that is possible. You can return orders within 14 days of receipt. The shipping costs are for your own account. See the page shipping and returns.

Yes, LiveHelfi complies with the legal warranty regulations. A product must be or do what you can reasonably expect of it. If not, you can return it or ask for a replacement. If you return it, we will refund all costs incurred (purchase and postage).

Let us know via service@livehelfi.com that you want to return your order and get your money back. We will refund your money once we have received the product.

With an account you do not have to enter your details again the next time you visit. You can also view your previous orders and participate in our reward points programme.

You can change your account details via "My account" in the top right-hand corner of the menu.

We have a Dutch, English and German website. These are separate administrative systems. If you try to log in in a language other than the one in which you created your account, your e-mail address will not be recognised. Please try again in another translation. If that does not help, please send an email to service@livehelfi.com. We will solve the problem for you as soon as possible.

This is our way of showing our appreciation to our customers. You earn reward points on all your purchases, but also when you refer others to our shop. You can use them to get discounts on your purchases, so the more points you earn, the more discounts you can get!

Everyone with an account at LiveHelfi automatically earns reward points. 

You receive 5 reward points per €1. To see all the ways you can earn reward points, click on the button 'reward points' in the menu on top of the page. Here, you will also see the number of reward points you have saved. 

You can see that when you are logged in to your account. We also send you a monthly overview by e-mail. 

When you have clicked on the button 'rewards', you will see three options directly under your points amount. When you click on 'rewards', you will see all available rewards. If you have saved enough points, you can create a discount code that will give you a discount on your order. You can also decide at checkout via a slider if you want to create and use a discount code with your reward points.

    ● Discount codes are not valid for orders with subscription products.

    ● Discount codes can not be combined with other discount codes.

    ● Discount codes are not redeemable for cash.

    ● Reward points are valid for one year.

    ● Reward points are not transferable.

No, you can earn as many points as you like. 

*Approved: These points can be redeemed for rewards immediately.

*Pending: These points must be verified before you can redeem them.

*Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. This happens, for example, when you cancel a purchase (the points then go from "pending" to "cancelled").

The points that are pending are cancelled and will be removed from your account.

You, or someone you referred to us, have cancelled or returned a purchase.

It can sometimes take a few minutes before all data between our web shop and the Reward programme application are synchronised.  Please let us know if after one day, no reward points have been added. Please mail us at service@livehelfi.com.

On the Reward programme page, you can exchange your points for a code. You can enter this code during the checkout. You will then receive a discount immediately.

If you no longer wish to collect reward points, please contact us at service@livehelfi.com.

If you contact us, we will re-register you. However, your point total will start again from the beginning.

Your personal information is linked to your account at LiveHelfi and will only be used for the purposes specified in our privacy policy.

LiveHelfi is in no way liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in our Reward program.

If, in the opinion of LiveHelfi, there is any unlawful use of participation in the Reward program, LiveHelfi reserves the right to modify or terminate the Reward program without prior notice.

LiveHelfi offers subscriptions to Neurohacker Collective and NoordCode products at an advantageous price. Every 30 or 60 days you will automatically receive the product you have chosen at a discount. See the subscriptions page for more information.

Of the brands Neurohacker Collective and NoordCode we are sure that we always have enough stock. We are still busy to see if we can add other brands.

The purchase of subscriptions runs through a special subscription cashier. This checkout only has 2 payment methods available.
