Recommended use
Take 1 scoop (30 g) daily with dinner.
Hot beverage: Mix 1 scoop of NutriDinner into a cup of 240 - 350 mL (8-12 oz) of hot water and mix well.
Cold beverage: Mix 1 scoop of NutriDinner with 250 mL (1 cup) of cold water or preferred milk and mix well with ice (in a blender or shaker).
