You often start with omega-3 fats and vitamin D as your first food supplements. Both vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acids are important nutrients that are often less present in food. Taking more than the minimum recommended daily dose also provides health benefits. WHC therefore combines a high-dose omega-3 supplement with vitamin D3.
95% omega-3 fatty acids
Omega-3 supplements vary greatly in terms of dosage. The quantity of EPA and DHA is the most important. WHC UnoCardio 1000 contains 1200 mg of omega-3 fatty acids per 1280 mg capsule. Of these, 1135 mg are EPA and DHA. UnoCardio 1000 thus provides with 1 capsule mainly omega-3 fatty acids and very few other substances that you might not need.
Natural triglyceride form
UnoCardio 1000 contains omega-3 fatty acids in their natural triglyceride form. These fatty acids are part of fats as our body normally recognises them. They are therefore well absorbed and utilised.
