The coffee is produced by farmer Isabela Lima Reis and consists of 100% Arabica Red Catuai beans. The beans are manually picked, naturally processed and sun dried.

The coffee has a cupping score of 84, rated as Very Good specialty coffee.

NoordCode Pure Coffee is roasted in Slovakia by a coffee roasting company that has won multiple awards.

The coffee is slow roasted for optimal taste without bitterness or a burnt aftertaste. To maintain a consistent flavour between batches, the roasting process combines traditional cupping by master roasters with scientific sampling using a roast profile.

The result is a light roast with flavour notes of caramel, chocolate, cocoa, hazelnut and liqueur.
