Sleep stack in powder form
Do Not Age SureSleep is a powdered supplement formulated to support your sleep without the use of melatonin. SureSleep contains magnesium glycinate and citrate, the amino acids L-theanine and L-tryptophan, and sour cherry. SureSleep does not contain melatonin and is therefore suitable for long-term use. The drink mix is flavoured with natural cherry flavour.
New formula in powder form
Do Not Age has updated the SureSleep formula. Two herbal extracts have been replaced with magnesium, L-theanine and L-tryptophan. The powder quantity per serving is easier to take in powdered form than in capsules. SureSleep is now a cherry-flavoured drink mix powder.
Magnesium for the nervous system
Do Not Age SureSleep contains 2 well-absorbed forms of magnesium: magnesium glycinate and citrate. Together, they provide 300 mg of magnesium (80% RI) per serving. Magnesium contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and plays a role in the transmission of nerve impulses. This is also relevant to sleep.
L-tryptophan
The amino acid tryptophan is a precursor to the neurotransmitter serotonin and the sleep hormone melatonin. By taking L-tryptophan, you provide your body with the raw material to produce these substances.
L-theanine
The amino acid L-theanine is commonly found in tea. It is a popular ingredient in supplements targeting the nervous system.
Sour cherry (Prunus cerasus)
Do Not Age SureSleep contains sour cherry fruit. Sour cherry contains polyphenols, including anthocyanins. Sour cherry juice has been studied for its effects on sleep.
