Bulletproof MCT oil
MCTs (medium chain triglycerides) are medium chain fatty acids, which can be derived from coconut, palm or rapeseed oil. Bulletproof MCT Oil is a coconut oil which consists of the two most powerful medium fatty acids C8 and C10. C8 is also called Caprylic Acid or Octanoic Acid. C10 is also called Capric Acid or Decanoic Acid.
Grass-fed butter
Butter from grass-fed cows is not only very tasty, it also contains the important short-chain fat butyrate and is also a good source of vitamin K2.

Ingredients & Usage
