Single-Source Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Blueprint Snake Oil™ is produced from carefully selected green olives harvested at peak ripeness in Portugal. Harvesting early in the season helps preserve the olive oil's naturally occurring polyphenols while creating its distinctive fresh, peppery flavour.

The olives are cold-pressed shortly after harvest without the use of heat or chemical extraction to preserve their natural composition.

Naturally Rich in Polyphenols

Snake Oil™ provides at least 400 mg/kg of naturally occurring olive polyphenols.

Polyphenols are naturally present plant compounds found in olives and high-quality extra virgin olive oil. The level of polyphenols depends on factors such as olive variety, harvest time and processing method.

Olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 20 g of olive oil containing at least 5 mg of hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives.

Rich in Oleic Acid

Extra virgin olive oil is naturally high in oleic acid, a monounsaturated omega-9 fatty acid that represents the majority of its fat content.

Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. Oleic acid is an unsaturated fat.

Blueprint Snake Oil™ is cold-pressed to help preserve its natural flavour and nutritional profile.

The oil is bottled in UV-protective dark glass, helping minimise exposure to light and maintain freshness throughout its shelf life.
