Biomed Wildcrafted Reindeer Bone Broth Powder is freeze-dried broth powder from semi-wild Finnish reindeer. Bones and bone marrow have been gently drawn in clean spring water with organic apple cider vinegar and freeze-dried to retain the most nutritional value.

Add hot water for broth or use in soups, sauces and stews.

Reindeer herding is a traditional lifestyle in Lapland. Reindeer graze freely in the clean Finnish wilderness, in areas called "paliskuntas". These reindeer are part of a shepherd's herd (tokka). Several herds can graze in the same area.

Once a year, the herders gather their reindeer. Then animals are chosen for slaughter. The rest are given a thorough health check and new animals receive an ear tag from their herdsman.

The reindeer graze freely for most of the year, without enclosure. The herder monitors the animals, keeps them healthy and protects them from predators in the summer. The semi-wild reindeer thus enjoy the benefits of their natural environment and human care. Their products are very pure, nutritious and sustainable.
