Buying nut butter?
Nut butter is an excellent source of healthy fats. Nuts are naturally rich in different kinds of fats (saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated). The quantities of the types of fats vary from one nut to another. You can choose whether you want more saturated fats or more unsaturated fats by taking different nut butters.
