Caprylic acid (C8) MCT oil
Medium chain triglycerides (MCTs) are short, saturated fats that the body quickly digests and utilises as a source of energy. The most effective MCT for energy is caprylic acid (octanoic acid; C8) due to its rapid absorption. MCT oil with only C8 is therefore the best choice for fast energy from fat.

Recommended use
