Super greens as a healthy multivitamin

The body needs a whole host of different nutrients for optimal health. The best way to meet all needs is to eat a varied and nutrient-rich diet. But due to modern preparation methods and processed foods, our food is less and less rich in nutrients.

Synthetic or natural nutrients

A common solution is to take a multivitamin, but these often contain synthetic nutrients in the wrong proportions. Synthetic forms of vitamins are produced in a laboratory. They are often harder for the body to absorb or use.

Natural vitamins and minerals are extracted from plants, made by nature and often much more complex than the synthetic form. The body is adapted to these natural forms and takes them more easily.

Super Greens provide natural vitamins & minerals

Super greens (green powders) are a source of natural vitamins, minerals and other beneficial plant substances. These products are perfect for increasing your daily nutrient intake in a healthy way. NuZest supplements their super greens with natural vitamins & minerals to provide a balanced addition to your diet.
