Submitting discount code

Redeeming your discount code is very simple:

1. First read the conditions that apply to the discount code. The conditions vary by action. The code may apply only to a particular brand or product. And of course the duration is also important. Finally, some discount codes are personal. 
2. Add one or more products to your cart.
3. Go to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout.
4. Enter your code in the 'gift card or discount code' entry field and click 'apply'.
5. The total amount of your order will automatically be reduced by the discount of the code.

Problems with your discount code?

Check:

• In the email with the code what conditions apply to the discount code
• Whether you have entered the code correctly. This is because the code is case-sensitive.
• Whether you have entered the code in the correct language version of LiveHelfi.

You can use only one code per order.
