Nutri11 NutriBreakfast consists of six natural ingredients. These deliver several benefits:
- Bovine collagen provides amino acids from which you make your own collagen.

Collagen is an important connective tissue protein consisting mainly of glycine, proline and hydroxyproline. These amino acids are abundant in collagen and relatively scarce in other protein sources. Recommended use
Take 1 scoop (30.2 g) daily in the morning with breakfast.
Hot beverage: Mix 1 scoop of NutriBreakfast into a cup of 240 - 350 mL (8-12 oz) of hot water and mix well.
Cold beverage: Mix 1 scoop of NutriBreakfast with 250 mL (1 cup) of cold water or preferred milk and mix well with ice (in a blender or shaker).
