NuZest Clean Lean Protein is a plant-based protein powder made from peas (Pisum sativum). Peas are naturally rich in protein and contain a complete profile of essential amino acids. French peas are processed with water in Belgium to produce protein isolate through highly sustainable, environmentally friendly production. Purified of most antinutrients for highly digestible and absorbable protein, suitable for all.

Protein is an important building material in the body. The Dutch Nutrition Centre's guideline is a daily intake of 50 grams of protein, with a reference intake of 2000 kcal per day.
The body uses 20 different amino acids to make protein and other substances. 9 amino acids are essential: you cannot make them yourself and so they must come from food.

Peas are naturally rich in protein. NuZest uses peas from northern France, where they are grown using environmentally friendly methods. Peas are a sustainable crop that requires little water and soil, and even enriches the soil by adding nitrogen.
Cosucra's leading Belgian facility processes peas into protein isolate. In doing so, they use water and low temperatures to isolate the protein, as opposed to heating and solvents that are the industry standard. This leaves the protein undamaged and pure.
The remaining water is purified and recycled. The leftover peas go into biofuel and animal feed production. This makes the production of Clean Lean Protein highly sustainable and environmentally friendly.

NuZest Protein Shake recipe: Add 2 scoops of Clean Lean Protein Smooth Vanilla to a shaker with 250–350 mL liquid, such as water, coconut milk, nut milk, rice milk, or cow’s milk. In these ratios, you will get about 19 grams of protein per serving.
