Coarsely Ground for Cold Brewing

Cold brewing is the process of making coffee by steeping the grounds in room-temperature or chilled water for an extended period. This method draws out more caffeine and sweet flavours from the coffee while reducing its acidity compared with hot-brewed coffee. Medium- to dark-roasted coffees offer flavour profiles that are well suited to cold brewing.
