Creatine monohydrate is the most studied form of creatine for supplements. You normally take it as a powder or in capsules. Creatine monohydrate is not normally stable in water.
CreaBev® is a patented form of creatine monohydrate stabilised in solution. This allows you to take a liquid creatine supplement in which creatine remains stable for a long time.
500 mg L-Glutamine
Glutamine is an amino acid that you can make yourself (non-essential). It is a building block for proteins and a fuel for white blood cells, among other things. Animal products and specifically whey and casein protein are rich in glutamine.
High bioavailability due to liposomal packaging
The ingredients in Creatine+ are packaged in liposomes. Liposomes are small envelopes of a layer of fat that can be absorbed without digestion. Their content is therefore more bioavailable than standard supplements.
Tasty raspberry flavour in convenient portion sachets
Creatine+ is packaged in portion sachets from which you can drink directly. You can also mix the contents with a drink. Very convenient to take anywhere.

Take one pouch daily. Drink straight from the pouch or mix with water or a smoothie.
Best taken five days on, two days off to prevent your body from adapting to the supplement.
