62 mg vitamin B3 as inositol hexaniacinate
Natural Stacks Mood Bites provides 62 mg of vitamin B3 per tablet as inositol hexaniacinate. This form of vitamin B3 consists of 6 niacin molecules bound together. Due to this structure, vitamin B3 is absorbed more gradually in the body, making a 'niacin flush' less likely.
