MagTech contains the three types of magnesium that have the highest absorption in the body: L-Threonate, Taurate, and Glycinate. MagTech has 100% nutritional density, which means that all components of the magnesium complex have real nutritional value.
Each component is fully chelated for optimal absorption and effectiveness. "Chelated" means that the magnesium is bound to an amino acid. Chelation is a natural means by which the body transports minerals through the gastrointestinal wall as part of digestion. As a result, chelated magnesium is absorbed much better than most (cheap) magnesium supplements by both the brain and the rest of the body.
Recommended use
Take up to 2 servings a day, preferably 3 capsules in the afternoon and 3 capsules in the evening, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
