Pure oyster extract powder from the pristine Irish coast

Marine Healthfoods use Japanese oysters (Crassostrea gigas) harvested wild from the Irish coast. Japanese oysters are native to Asia and have been introduced to European shores, where they now grow naturally.

The oyster extract powder comes from the gentle convection drying of fresh oysters. This method best preserves the oysters' nutrients. One jar of OysterMax contains the equivalent of 4-6 kg of fresh oysters, without any further additives.
