MCTs (medium chain triglycerides) are medium chain fatty acids, which can be derived from coconut, palm or rapeseed oil. NoordCode Organic Pure MCT Oil is a 100% pure coconut oil which consists of the two most powerful medium fatty acids C8 and C10. C8 is also called Caprylic Acid or Octanoic Acid. C10 is also called Capric Acid or Decanoic Acid. C8 is only found in very small percentages within raw coconut oil. NoordCode Organic Pure MCT Oil has an optimal ratio of 60% C8 and 40% C10.

NoordCode Organic Pure MCT Oil comes in a glass bottle which is very handy in everyday use. The cap doesn’t leak like with many other MCT bottles, so it’s easy to keep clean and dry.
Ingredients & Usage
Use 1 tablespoon (15 ml) up to 3 times per day. Start with smaller dosages (1 teaspoon) and slowly increase over time, as your body gets used to it. Too much of MCT oil at once can cause stomach issues, especially when taken on an empty stomach.
MCT oil is liquid at room temperature, so you can use it with many types of foods and liquids. Use NoordCode MCT oil as an additional source of energy. Mix NoordCode Organic Pure MCT Oil into your coffee, tea, smoothies, or use it in salad dressings, sauces, or cooking.
Not recommended for use in high heat over 160 degrees Celsius due to its relatively low smoke point.
