These red plants are also chosen for their good fibre. The fibres have prebiotic properties and nourish beneficial intestinal bacteria.

All powders are made with organic products. Simple Reds does not contain any other ingredients besides these powders, such as flavourings or preservatives. Free from many allergens: eggs, fish, shellfish, nuts, peanuts, cereals.

For best results, take half a scoop per day with your drink of choice (water, juice, smoothies, etc.) in the first 3-5 days and increase to 1 scoop per day as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed 3 scoops per day.
