300 mg Brain Octane® C8 MCT Oil
MCTs are medium-chain fatty acids that vary in length from 6, 8, 10, or 12 carbon atoms. The most valuable and sought-after MCT oil is caprylic acid (C8). C8 is also known as Caprylic Acid or Octanoic Acid.
C8 has a short carbon chain, allowing it to be absorbed quickly and used for energy production. C8 MCT oil is an excellent choice when you want fast energy from fat.
