Glutathione is a small substance composed of three amino acids: glutamic acid, cysteine and glycine. The body makes this itself, but you can also take it as a supplement.

Quicksilver Scientific uses Opitac™ Glutathione, derived from the torula yeast. This edible yeast makes glutathione as a natural product of fermentation.
