Resveratrol is a polyphenol that protects plants from fungi. It is found in the skin of grapes and therefore also in red wine. Resveratrol has antioxidant properties and beneficial effects on the heart and vessels†.

Galactomannan is a soluble fibre that reaches the colon undigested. There, it is broken down by gut bacteria.
3 mg phytosomal quercetin
Quercetin is a bioflavonoid commonly found in onions and apples, among others. It is one of the most researched bioflavonoids.
