Methyl donor S-Adenosyl-Methionine
S-Adenosyl-Methionine (SAMe) is an ATP molecule with the amino acid methionine bound to it. SAMe is found in blood and acts as a methyl donor.
SAMe levels become lower with age or disease. It may then be beneficial to take SAMe to maintain your blood SAMe levels.
Enteric capsules for better bioavailability
SAMe taken through supplements is not absorbed well in the intestines. Enteric capsules increase the absorption of SAMe. These capsules protect the supplement in the acidic environment of the stomach and only open up in the intestines.

Recommended use
Take one tablet 1-3 times daily in divided doses, preferably on an empty stomach, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
