Take 2 capsules per day with a meal, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.

It is a good idea to have your vitamin D levels checked every three months if you are taking vitamin D supplements, so that you can check and adjust the dosage as needed. Vitamin D can be checked using a blood test (25-hydroxy vitamin D).
