Single X3 Bands

The X3 Bar Elite training system uses sturdy latex bands that provide variable resistance. The more you stretch the band, the heavier the exercise becomes. The bands are an essential part of the training system. You can also get these bands separately.

4 colours for 4 resistance levels

You can read the resistance by the colour of the bands:

• Extra light (white)
• Light (light grey)
• Medium (dark grey)
• Heavy (black)

7 years expected life

The bands are made of laminated latex and have an expected life of 7 years. They may develop a frayed appearance from use, but this will not affect their performance. The X3 Bar bands provide 30% more resistance than other latex layered bands.

Exclusive resale rights

We are not allowed to sell the X3 Bands in Norway, Sweden, Finland or Denmark due to exclusive resale rights in those countries.
