130 mg Chaga and 220 mg Reishi extract per serving
Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) and Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) are popular functional mushrooms. They have been used traditionally for centuries for their benefits. The Chaga is wild-picked and Reishi is organically grown on lime stems. Four Sigmatic uses spray-dried double extracts of the fruit bodies for the best effect.
150 mg Ashwagandha extract per serving
Ashwaganda (Withania somnifera) is an herb traditionally used in Ayurveda. It has adaptogenic properties, supports the energy level and supports normal resistance to stress.

Plant-Based Protein Creamy Cacao contains cocoa powder, coconut milk powder and natural sweeteners for a light, creamy chocolate taste. This protein powder is a great base for shakes and smoothies. Or use it in your pancake mix or other baking recipes.
Sweetened with coconut palm sugar and stevia
Plant-Based Protein Creamy Cacao is sweetened with organic coconut palm sugar and stevia. It contains only 2 grams of added sugar per serving.

Blend with water or (plant-based) milk in a blender or shaker. A shaker with a metal ball works well for this.
