Subscriptions

Always have your favourite products in stock - and save money at the same!

We offer subscription service for Neurohacker CollectiveNoordCode, and Tru Niagen products. Also a selection of Bulletproof and Natural Stacks products can be purchased with a subscription. With a regular order, you always have enough products at home. And you save on price, too!

You can easily manage your subscription

Setting up a subscription is easy and quick. You start by creating an account at LiveHelfi. Once you’ve created your account, simply choose the products that are available for subscription and select at which time interval you would like to have them delivered: once every 4 weeks makes the most sense for many, but you can also choose once every 8 weeks! Each shipment will be sent out on the same day you started your subscription. Please note that subscriptions can only be set up with credit card payment & Apple Pay. Subscription orders can only be sent to home addresses (no parcel/pickup points). 

The product amounts can be adjusted at any time, just be sure to submit any changes at least 48 hours prior to the shipping. If you'd like to double check your changes were processed successfully, you can contact our customer service at service@livehelfi.com. 


Want to add extra products?

You may want to add extra products to the shipment. You can add those in your account. Choose ‘subscriptions’ and then ‘Add product’. Depending on if they are available for a subscription or not, you can choose ‘one time’ or add it to your repeating subscription order.

Please note that you can't redeem discount codes for subscription orders.

Cancel any time

You can cancel or skip your subscription any time. You're also free to return* and receive a refund** for any unopened products.

What if I still have enough at home?

We'll notify you three days before a new package is about to ship, so that you have enough time to adjust your upcoming order.
