Subscriptions: don't miss your favourite products and save costs at the same time!

We offer subscription service for a selection of products. You can see which one at the product information page. At the moment we offer them for Neurohacker Collective Qualia Mind and Qualia Life, and all NoordCode products

Easily managing your subscription

Setting up a subscription is easy and intuitive. To set up a subscription you’ll first have to create an account on Livehelfi. Once you’ve created your account simply the products that are available for subscription in the shop and select at which time interval you would like to have them delivered: once every 4 weeks makes the most sense for many, but you can also choose once every 8 weeks! Each shipment will be sent out on the same day you started your subscription. Please note that subscriptions can only be set up with credit card payment & Apple Pay. Subscription orders can only be sent to home addresses (so no parcel/pickup points). 

How much you would like to receive can be adjusted at any time, but be sure to submit any changes at least 48 hours prior to the shipping date. If you want to double check your changes were processed successfully, just contact our customer service at service@livehelfi.com. 


Want to add extra products?

We can imagine that you may want to add extra products to the shipment. You can add those in your account. Choose ‘subscriptions’ and next choose ‘Add product’. Depending on the fact if they are available as a subscription product, you can choose ‘one time’ or add it to your subscription.

You can't redeem discount codes for subscription orders.

Worry-free

You can cancel or skip your subscription at any time. You're also free to return* and receive a refund** for any unopened products in the event of you not liking our products. 

*Within 30 days of purchase date

What if I forget...or still have enough at home?

We will always give you a heads up when a new package is set to ship. We'll do this three days in advance.
